I recently had the pleasure of having my vehicle repaired at Louis Jacob's Auto Repair, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand.
The technicians were incredibly skilled and efficient. They completed the repairs on time and within the estimated budget. The quality of their work is exceptional, and I'm confident that my vehicle is in top condition.

My wife and I were visiting my daughter and her family over Christmas and my truck went down and wouldn't start. Mr. Jacobs called me back even though his shop was closed for the holidays and I was able to get the truck into him the Monday after New Years. Keep in mind I had taken the truck apart trying to figure out what was wrong before I took it to him. He put it all back together and got it running within a week. I would recommend Louis Jacobs Automotive to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. However I recommend you let him take it apart instead of doing it yourself. Thanks so much Mr. Jacobs for everything I really appreciate the work you did and the fact you kept me informed on everything that was going on. Very reasonable prices too!

Great people to deal with. They don't sugar coat stuff and give you false hope. They give it to you straight and shoot from the hip. They treat your vehicle like it was their vehicle.

We were travelling to see family for Christmas and had car trouble on the way. We pulled into Louis Jacobs Auto Repair at 4pm on Dec 23rd and explained our situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part we needed coming, and had us back on the road by 5pm, all at a very reasonable price! We left very thankful for the prompt and professional service.
