“Lucas McDonald was our contact at Griffin, and the service he and the Griffin team gave us was excellent. We purchased a 2025 Prius that had manufacturing issues after a few thousand miles. Griffin fixed the issues, but unfortunately they occurred again. They worked with us to get a new vehicle, and went overboard in working out a deal we could agree with. They were always accessible and made sure we were never without dependable transportation during the process. Lucas and the Team were always honest and up front with us. This was a situation nobody wants to be in, including Griffin Toyota, as it was a manufacturing issue they could not control. The way they handled it was extremely professional and fair. We are happy with our new vehicle and would recommend Griffin Toyota to anyone.
