We are required to have a PO Box in the town of Hamilton, so we are forced to use the Post Office for mail delivery. I have had untold problems with the Post Master of this Post Office. I have had mail mailed to me that was open upon arrival in my PO Box. I have been overcharged for mailing packages. I have had certified mail mailed to me that never arrived at my Post Office Box. I have mailed a very important large envelope from this Post Office that never was received. The list can go on. I never have to mail important documents from another Post Office. I have to go on line to pay for packages so that I am not overcharged. The Post Master at this office refuses to provide any type of descent customer service. January 2010
