Horrible company, do not use their service. They were going to tow our car and told us it would be an hour wait. 1 hour of waiting later, they cancelled on us and left us scrambling for another company. Horrible customer service, avoid at all costs.

My wife's car broke down and I was told it would take around 60 minutes to an hour and a half for the tow-truck driver to arrive. I was upset when the driver didn't actually arrived until 3 and a half hours later.Service: Car towing

Had to call a tow today they sent Kings the drivers name was Thomas he was great made my bad day good he was very helpful and kind he knew what he was doing and made sure I got what I needed I will always request Kings from now on and recommend them to anyone who needs a tow because of Thomas and his service I told him many times today thank you but I still just want to say it just one more time thank you Thomas

I want to personally give Mr Robert Adams 5 stars. He was thoughtful enough to call and ask questions and professional. Should I ever need towing assist again he and Nicole would get the business. I will most definitely inform anyone I know to reach out them for assistance with their call. It is hard to find mature people in a business like this who is willing to provide great customer service and prepared for any outcome. He is a very smart man and that is helpful in the job he has. This is nothing against the people who tow, nor to the shop workers/mechanics. But who I'm assuming is the overseer of the shop, Lucas.....is poor excuse of a man and how he conducts business. My experience with this company was full of lies, tricks, poor communication and deception! And because I work so far away he took advantage of me. After my car was towed, I had to show proof ownership, showed him a Georgia title (which he knew didn't need a seal) charged me that over night fee, claimed he could fix my car after an agreement...Now my car went from being in a tow status into being in a mechanic service but after that there was no communication, no tracking in progress for about 5 weeks and then all of a sudden he says he doesn't want to fix it to which I found out from someone else that his mechanic quit (which he didn't disclose while explaining himself). That put me in a bind because I was temporarily stationed out west. So I attempt to communicate a time to pick up my vehicle and no answer.....and when I did get in contact with someone I asked if they had dispatch after hours and if they could let me get the car then ( to which they said yes and also allowed me to do earlier in my situation). Yet, all of sudden while communicating with AAA to coordinate with them a pickup they wouldn't allow it and told them they were closed after I just got their permission to do so. So that Monday Lucas, without a word (someone had to call him for me) told me that my car been impounded and was charged for the car sitting up over the weekend. Lucas is a coward because he never showed his face and a scam because he really wants your car. Yet, I complied and paid but he sent my car back with a busted tire which wasn't like that when towed and when I asked about it and is he going to pay for it "no response". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

One star is required, otherwise they wouldn't get any. We're new to the area, liked that this was a family business and ended up disappointed. They did work, such as replacing a battery without asking. Thanks for asking permission before doing things, it's not a free service. or what we went for. Poor communication. Not to mention, a 5% fee for any debit transactions, you are encouraged to use cash. Obviously, is not the most honestly business. Also the 5% isn't just for small transactions, it's for any. Won't be back to this shady business.

Had to get my car towed and the tow driver (Mr. Robert) was extremely helpful and willing to help figure out the problem. I recommend this company 100% and would like to recognize Mr Robert for coming to my rescue on a cold rainy day. He arrived much earlier than expected and very friendly and kind! Thank you to Mr Robert and thank you to the towing company for being available when needed.
