This shop is extremely professional and friendly. I scheduled an appointment for my 1992 Mustang to be tuned. It wasn’t operating to its potential so they did some diagnostic work and discovered the issue and told me how to fix it. I’ll take it back to finish the tune as soon as I change the fuel pump. Took my 2013 2500HD Vortec 6.0 to guys for a custom tune and they did not disappoint. I had local company out of Chesapeake attempt to tune this truck three times with miserable results and also horrible customer service. I had done a BTR stage 2 truck cam kit upgrade along with long tubes and cold air and truck was barely drivable even after three attempts to chassis tune. These guys at PHP are amazing. Customer service was awesome and results were terrific to say the least. After fully tuning both on chassis Dyno and also drive ability I drove truck with tuner and he had me go through all the normal driving situations and made sure it met my expectations. It was a 7 hour drive round trip and three hours at PHP but I will not use anyone else moving forward. Thanks so much Fellas y’all rock!Service: Auto engine tuning

I barely leave negative comments on any company, but man I just have to do it on this one , I called this people up just to ask for an estimate on a X-pipe installation (which I already had) the guy on the phone was asking for $600 to do this install , that was crazy lord, I got the job done at another shop for $150 , u better think twice before spending your money here
