Asked for someone to come out and diagnose the problem. The only way I can describe it was your classic woman taken advantage of. What I thought was a free estimate (according to their website) was a $95 service call. He didn't point out the problem until he fixed the problem and then decided to "service the door" by spraying a bunch of stuff on it without asking me if i wanted him to. Nothing to do with price or diagnosis was discussed before hand. I won't be using them again. Communication and moral standing is poor.

The garage door spring broke and needed to be fixed. Called the owner and got a quote (a range) for parts and labor to have both springs replaced. The repair was done the next day - the team member showed up at agreed time and repaired the door, so now it works great. Provided great advice on the maintenance and the final cost was in the lower range of what I was quoted.Not many service options in this area, so the only other service company that I called and left a message, didn't even return my call.This company seems great and it's too bad that there are not more reviews.

Garage door had gotten wedged somehow and couldn't be opened/closed. Called them in the morning and they were out that afternoon and fixed the issue quickly. Great service and would recommend without hesitation for any garage door needs!

This company is great. They called me within minutes of me sending in my request and provided all their prices over the phone. Jonathan came to my home on time and performed all required work and did even more to ensure my doors were working correctly and smoothly. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

I had a garage door that quit opening and both doors would not open correctly. Classic Door and Dock responded to my post and came out the same day. He inspected the door opening and indicated that all it needed was to replace a part. He ordered the part and came a few days later, installed it, replaced rollers on the doors and adjusted the opening and closing. He did an excellent job at a fair price and I would highly recommend him for this type of work. I will use him again when needed. Very friendly and fair.

These young men are the epitome of a service company. Answered my call immediately, reponded within an hour and performed a temporary fix allowing me to access my garage until the parts can be obtained and installed. Polite, Professional, Personal and Performed their work immediately while paying close attention to their work area. I would recommend Classic Door and Dock of Grifton to all and will keep their name and number handy to provide to others seeking help.
