Rude is someone calls a 24 hr center if its says 24hr that's what is expected. No matter if its midnight or the middle if the night. Very rude laughing while on the phone disrespect. I would not store my dead toe nails, with this rude incompetent people.

I needed a storage unit for my belongings after being displaced from my apartment last minute due to property owners deciding to close the complex for restoration from the results of Hurricane Florence. I'm coming from Morehead City & this was the nearest available unit. The owner was very friendly & because of my situation, gave me the unit at a prorated price for this month, the entry code to the site, all while being 2 states away. All I had to do was leave a check in the Dropbox. Her good faith lifted a lot of stress off me. Now I can concentrate on finding a new place to live & what legal actions I can take towards the company that owns my apartment complex.
