I've visited pharmacies in third world countries better than this place. Using your good Rx card? Price is different than the coupon, or their systems aren't working and you can't use it and your only option is pay 10x more. They've told me the medication I needed is under a nationwide shortage but every other pharmacy I contacted has it in stock. You should never ever depend on this pharmacy for anything. Want to transfer your prescriptions out because of how awful they are? They will take their sweet time and you will have to call multiple times. They don't lift a finger to contact your doctors office if there's an issue with prescription, when other pharmacies do. I made a corporate complaint regarding all the issues I had and the head pharmacist called me back and basically said tough luck. My only hope is that someone reads this review and heeds my warning. Go to the CVS in the same location. Its like the Taj Mahal of pharmacies compared to this place.

Coming from someone who is very particular about their pharmacies, and has even had an issue with this exact one many years ago, I cannot thank them enough. Karma and Cindy are an unstoppable team; absolutely wonderful, wonderful people. These are the people who do amazing things wherever they go. It would be wise for this pharmacy to do everything that they can to hold onto these two, because people like this are insanely rare to come by.

I am sick to death of them not having my prescription ready after their system confirms it's available for pick up on such-and-such date/time. AGAIN I go over there to pick up a prescription and AGAIN it's "No, sorry, we had to order it". Can someone maybe LET ME KNOW before I waste my time??? What is the point of typing in a RX number to order a refill if I still have to talk to a live pharmacist and grill them about whether or not my prescription really truly for really-real will be ready for pick up. So now I'm out of a medication (not life critical but majorly inconvenient due to PAIN) and my options are to drive in traffic to another pharmacy and wait some more (after already waiting half an hour) for them to maybe partially refill a prescription or wait until "delivery" tomorrow. If this was the first time, ok. But this is not the first time. I'm moving in a few months and THANK GOD I don't have to deal with this place anymore. RIP Rite-Aid who would at least CONTACT me if there was a problem with a prescription instead of letting me guess/figure it out on my own the moment of. It's not like I called it in this morning for same-day pick up, either. No, I called more than a day ago. Also, their text message alert system has never worked on my phone. Ever.
