The pharmacist at this location (corner of Firetower Road and Charles Blvd), Dr Sufyan, has really been very helpful in helping me resolve an insurance/discount matter that I had been having for the longest time. He literally went above and beyond his duties, speaking with 2 different agencies and myself, to settle what has been a very lengthy and frustrating matter for me. Despite my numerous phone calls to him, he was always patient and gave great advice on what steps I needed to take to fix the problem. I have to thank him so much for all his efforts and patience in helping me with this.

If I could leave less I would! The pharmacist was rude, didn’t want to answer any of my questions about my prescriptions. Told me the price and I stated that it was a bit more than what I was expecting to pay. His response was “they don’t have gift discounts to just be handing out”. Told me I needed to research different sites to see what discounts I could find. Seemed eager to jump off the phone with me. Once I requested to transfer to Walmart and had Walmart pharmacy call for the transfer, now they can’t answer out call 2.5 hours later after request. I just want to get my medicine, I can barely breathe and disclosed said info but seems to not matter at all to this location. I highly recommend going to anywhere else but here for your medical needs. They are heartless and could care less about the patient well being based in my experience. Something needs to be done.

Auto called me to let me know prescription was ready. I showed up but it wasn’t ready even though there automated system said it was. Asked me if I wanted to wait. Said yes. Walked back up to the counter 90 min later to check. Prescription had been setting there for 40 min. While waiting though I got to overhear what drugs everyone was on plus they told 4 out of 5 people to come back tomorrow.
2nd time at the drive through for 10 min. After I finally got to the window they said they were closing for lunch and to come back in an hour. Come on I was the last car.

Was told 15 mins. Waited 40 mins. Told 15 to 20 mins again. 40 mins later I am standing here...still waiting. All the people around me are being told 14 mins too lol. You'd think SOMEONE could get something lol

Scheduled an appointment for a covid/flu rapid test. The confirmation email said to go into the store (which I don't understand, if someone is being tested, wouldn't you want them to avoid going in the store?) I put on a mask and went inside, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I said I was there for testing, I was told I need to go to the drive thru and didn't specify a window...
So I go thru the drive thru to window #2, waited for another 5-7 minutes only to be told I need to go to window #1 (there were no signs indicating testing was at a specific window for testing)
Finally 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was able to have my test done.
Very frustrating for someone who is sick and needs to rest.

This is the most pathetic pharmacy. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am a doctor needing to prescribe a RX and got the robot that answered. Finally transferred to pharmacist that kept me on hold for 42 minutes. They then hung up on me. Absolutely pathetic. If they worked for me they would all be fired. zero customer service. Sorry state of healthcare especially this pharmacy .I would stay clear and find another

Started going to this pharmacy recently after moving down the road from across town and have had to switch back to the walgreens on memorial due to obvious transgender discrimination from the pharamcist. Dude needs fired and replaced immediately.

The pharmacy is horrible. Either they don't know what they're doing, they refuse to give you info on your prescription, have no clue about the law regarding teledoc prescriptions, or just plain lie. I wouldn't even let my xwife go there.

I’m not sure where this pharmacist got his degree but it’s gotta be fake. He has mistyped my prescription NUMEROUS times and has caused me to go days without my medication. Completely incompetent and I’m reporting his negligence to the board.

I don’t know who had answered the phone. But his phone etiquette is unprofessional and customer service communication skills are -1/10. Do better! If you are going to be a service, do your job the correct way!Thank you

I love this Walgreens they always have the products I need there is a girl an associate who works there her name is kesondra I believe my spelling might be off a little, but she is the most helpful, kind considerate person I have come across in quite a while. It’s a shame. There are so many negative reviews about the store as I find it very pleasant well set up and easy to shop in.
