went to this Walgreens to get a card and when I was going to the checkout the manager tonight "Jeff" decided to literally scream at us across the store twice and said "over here" in the rudest tone I have ever heard. He then proceeded to walk away, the nice guy at the checkout line apologized for his actions but it was completely uncalled for and completly disrespectful. Will never be going back there.

Cory and his team are the best! The go above and beyond to make sure that I get my meds at the lowest cost! I really don’t know how I would manage if they didn’t work so hard with my co-pays. Cory y’all are amazing and I love yall. Thank you for your help especially during my high risk pregnancy!

One of very few drug/pharmacy stores that had EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I went into the store intending to spend only a few dollars and I spent almost $100 dollars.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Walgreens. Honestly, I would give the store less than one star if I could. I came in town for a wedding, and will NEVER visit this location again. I tried to complete a return for a product I purchased two days prior at this particular location. I didn't have a receipt, but I had the card that used, and the product was not opened or tempered with. The first supervisor told me that they couldn't do a return without a receipt. I called customer service and they told me otherwise. I went back in and dealt with a short, rude, shrewd associate named Latisha. She was very unprofessional and confrontational in her interaction with me by raising her voice at me several times, and informing me to step away from the front counter. In no way was it acceptable for an associate to talk to a customer in that manner. In this situation she showed her lack of knowledge in fulfilling the responsibilities of completing her job. The manager later came out there and was able to look up the transaction in their electronic journal. I received a full refund that was placed on a store voucher card.

My family member of whom I am the primary caregiver has been getting their prescriptions from this pharmacy since 2011. I have put up with the rude techs because of the nicer ones and the pharmacists. Even though the new hours are quite an inconvenience, I still hung in there. However, last week was the final straw. The tech was rude, nasty and unapologetic. Certainly not the first time but most definitely the last for my family and I. #movingon

This store pharmacy is always closed early. It’s very frustrating when they say your meds will be ready by 5:00 on Friday and you pull up and there’s a closed early sign.

Why do they make us make appointments for vaccinations and then send us a remind talking about come in 15 minutes earlier. Get there and the pharmacist isn’t there. Got back from her break and goes into a meeting. ? very unprofessional. We are doing our jobs at the end of the day. But having to call out or ask for longer breaks making us look bad in our everyday jobs is unacceptable. Might as well take off the appointment schedule. Been here more than half an hour now.

This Walgreens used to be my favorite but as of now it is for the birds...poor customer service and slow. It is basically ran by college kids and hoodrats lol. They now close the pharmacy on the weekends so if you have a prescription it's best to pick it up on a weekday.Walgreens in general has always been too pricey.

The pharmacy worker that dealt with my roommate and I prescription (s) was insanely incompetent for someone in the medical field, Being as such all she had to do is pull up the addresses and names in the system and was not able to do even that before telling us to "just go do a different Walgreens" without asking for assistance or trying anything different. lowest review possible.

Stay away! I've been going to this location since they opened, getting prescriptions and picking up other merchandise along the way. No more!Today they up and decided to no longer take my insurance. Not on a corporate level, but a decision made locally at this location. Who knew they could do that? And is a one of the top rated and largest insurance companies.

Drive thru wait times are absolutely shameful. Half hour later I'm still waiting for the car in front of me to leave. The line is wrapped around the building so, I can't drive off like I want to. Everyone has shut their engines off, and we're spending our lunch waiting to get to the drive thru window.

I started having my prescriptions delivered since I no longer drive.Today I had a package with 2 bottles smashed and missing pills. This happened a couple of weeks ago and was told I had to contact Fedex and my insurance-they would do nothing to help...so, instead of going thru all this again with them, I transferred all my business to another pharmacy.

I've came here on 3 occasions since the Walgreens nearest to my house didn't have what I wanted. Everytime I do Curbside Pickup at this location (the 3 times) they never get the alert that I'm here when I press it. I waited 10 mins each time before I called the store. Today particularly a girl answered and said she's sorry and will bring it out right now.. and she literally never came out. I had to take my babiesinside the store and wake them up and it was super inconvenient. I don't even wanna go to this location again. Didn't get an apology from mgmt or nothing. Smh.
