The pharmacist was extremely helpful and understanding. She listened and was able to get my medication approved and even filled it on the spot because I wouldn't be able to get back to the store in a couple hours. Niquon was the first pharmacist in a long time that didn't treat me like just a number

Pretty sure the pharmacist is asleep. I sat at the drive thru window for 30 minutes and not a single person walked up to ask me what I needed. Sadly enough this isn't the first, second, or even third time this has happened at this specific Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. My prescriptions are always out of stock and take several days to come in even though it’s a really common medication. Customer service is horrible. You have to contact their call center before getting to speak with someone at this location. Be prepared to spend at least 20-30 minutes on hold. Not to mention my calls are frequently dropped so I have to call back and wait in line again. I highly recommend getting your prescription somewhere far from here.

It has been four days since I have this location my prescription and it still hasn't been filled. I understood that they ran out of one component to synthesize the drug, however, I can't understand why only the night pharmacist can work on it. I also don't understand why it wasn't made without me giving verbal confirmation that I would accept the cash price for the drug a day after they get the chemical they need in stock. Worst part was being told on day four that the pharmacy tech, who was supposed to push the script through never did her job, which prevented the night pharmacist from making my medicine. It is ridiculous to think I have gone this long for oral medicine to help alleviate pain in my mouth due to lack of anticipation and follow up.

I never give out bad reviews but this place is absolutely terrible. I had my prescription sent to this Walgreens and waited about an hour and a half before coming to get it to make sure it was ready. I got here and they said it's not here it's actually at another Walgreens. I went all the way to the other one which was 15 minutes away. That Walgreens tells me that it is here at the one I started from. So I kept my cool and came back and was nice. I got in the drive through and the lady told me that it's here and will be ready in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I go in for them just to tell me that they still haven't started it yet and to give them another hour and it will be ready. I am a student... I have homework due soon. No time to waste here. Wouldn't recommend to anyone;(

Going in store is usually okay.The telephone service is abysmal I waited almost 2 hours through three different calls where I was hung up on each time and I still have not spoken to anyone in the pharmacy. That is truly disgusting service.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy on the east coast. Takes about 20 minutes per transaction in the drive through. Three cars ahead of you means you better be ready to wait an hour.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. If you need to pick up a prescription you can count on a minimum of an hour wait IN THE DRIVETHRU and even worse inside. They have zero concern with having prescriptions ready or checking people out in a timely manor. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere other than this Walgreens pharmacy.

Was on hold for over an hour. They picked up the phone several times and put it back on hold. Picked up the phone and hung up on me. Someone from another department picked up because it had been ringing for so long, transferred me to the pharmacy and they picked up and put me back on hold. All of this after my usual pharmacy on Rt 11 in winterville failed to inform their customers that they weren’t even open and filling prescriptions. Needless to say, I don’t have my medication and I’m looking for a more professional and reliable pharmacy.

Okay, first. The photo guy Justyn was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. I received fast service at the Photo center. However, Pharmacy is always so slow. No matter what time of day I go, I always have to wait 30 minutes or longer. This is one of the slowest pharmacies in Greenville. If they really want to improve, how about have more than one poor lady manning the checkout. By now Management knows how busy they are and they should staff accordingly.

I just want to lift up a Pharmacy employee named Adam. He always is smiling when I go in to get y prescriptions. Never has he been nasty or out of the way with anyone. He takes the tongue lashings (and there are many) with a smile and seems to let the ride customers not spoil his day. He is without a doubt an asset to Walgreens. I hope he never loses his smile and keeps his out going nice personality. I hope the store manager realizes he has a great employee. I always like it when I go in and see Adam’s cheerful smile. I know that he will help me with any questions I may have. Keep your smile Adam it is infectious
