I placed an app order and one of the options to pick it up was to go through the drive-thru line. I checked first and there was not one car in line and I really didn't have time to go in. This is a busy location and picking up an order (even a small one) can take time since they are understaffed.I pulled up and waited......Then someone came to the window and asked what I needed. I told I was there to pick up an app order. She didn't know what I was talking about so I said I had placed an order online and was picking it up. She goes away without saying a word. Comes back, places it in the window bin (it wasn't a big order) and pushes it out to me and still says not one word. I got the order and expected a "thank you!" Nope. Nothing. Silence. Here's the thing Walgreens corporation. WE are your customers. You lose us and you don't have a business. I already don't like to shop at my local Walgreens closer to my home because of how horribly I was treated when I hurt myself and called the pharmacist to ask a question.

Just dissatisfied with the lack of concern when people need medicine and the pharmacy is closed prematurely due to staff issues. Also, no notice given to folks who are scheduled to pick up medicine. There should be a process put in place when emergencies with staff happen. Unacceptable.

This location in particular,the pharmacy on Evans Street,Greenville NC fills a prescription within 15 minutes. I've been coming here every other Tuesday for over 2 years. & I usually receive a text notification with 10 minutes. Great team! Great customer service.
