Employees attitudes here suck. Employees are not helpful and it’s obvious they don’t take pride in their job. I now pay more money to go a pharmacy where I get treated like a human.

Have worked for the system for over 20 years and only recently have gone to the Greenville pharmacy to pick up prescriptions where I had to go inside. Today was my second visit and my last! Both times staff was rude and I feel we(employees and family) should be treated with courtesy as if we were at any other drugstore but the staff there, especially the normal staff at the pickup window, were not only rude but indifferent as if they don't care whether they help anyone or not. Shoulder shrugging and sharp tongues do not a return customer make!
