Customer Service and care was unmatched! I was helped by MeKeshia with home internet. I was having issues with my service and she spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon to settle my issue. Anyone coming to this store will be in great hands

First Class all the way !!!! All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone to an iPhone SE. You cant call the other stores direct, you just get a corp answering service. I go into the corp store and get no help at all. The dont carry the low end phone and dont know when they will get any. Then I call this store and Maddi answers. I'm shocked !! She takes the time to check and yes they have one. Not only was she on the ball and very personable. She copied all my data and apps for me, tested everything out and I was good to go when I left. Maddi and the folks in this store are the only people we will go to in the future. They get my full recommendation.

Great overall experience!! The woman helping us was very polite and professional, we brought our 5yr old with us and she was very understanding and even let him use her tablet while we were handling the phone switching! She went above and beyond and it’s much appreciated! I’ll attach her card below! All staff in the store were very professional, usually dread this process but actually had good experience with this place!

I had some issues with a sim card that I use for my laptop so I went to this branch and was assisted by Erica Mosca. Her customer service was outstanding, she solved this issue quickly and was very informative about what had gone wrong and why!

Erica is the best. Point blank. I had a very unique situation and I tried calling multiple Verizon's and non of them knew what they were talking about. Luckily I was able to get in contact with Erica. She was very knowledgeable from the start. She made sure I got everything handled. She even called another person for me and merged the call so she could make sure they were doing the right thing. Thank you so much, Erica for making my life easier!

Fantastic customer service! Spoke with Raquan about potentially switching over to Verizon, and after going through all the details I told him I wanted to think about it a little more. He gave me his business card and I texted him later on that day letting him know I wanted their business. The next day (on his day off) he gladly came in, switched everything over and got me right. Go see Raquan!
