By far the worst company I’ve ever work for. The company is so dysfunctional. My first day at work the manager quit so I was never taught anything about the job. You try to call the Regional manager and he would never pick up the phone. Only time he reached out to see if we made sales. The company is horrible with training. They expect you to understand their system in 2 days online without any formal on job training. We are forced to lie to customers to get sales. I wouldn’t recommend no one to buy a Verizon phone inside of a Costco if it’s run by victra.

Now this company is something else. I was falsely accused of a crime. They knew I was falsely accused. They did a horrible investigation proving I was innocent. But all they cared about is keeping their vendor. It was a horrible investigation because there solution was me moving to a different store knowing well I was innocent. Knowing well, they're vender was in the wrong. I tried to fight for myself and I was fired wrong fully. Yeah, they do wrongfully terminations here. Don't work care, save yourself to trouble. Everything they say is a lie.

Beware of deceptive business practices! We came to this store in February 2023 to switch carriers and establish new service as we have retired and recently moved to the area. When asked what we were looking for we indicated that we were interested in a senior plan. The salespeople indicated that any senior plan would need to be set up directly with Verizon but also indicated that it should be easy to switch plans with their app. We were asked if we needed new phones and were told we qualified for new phones if we traded in our existing phones. At no time were we informed that the new phones were conditional on being locked into a specific plan or that we would be locked into that plan for 3 years. Again, we originally requested a senior plan. It was our understanding that the new phone promotion was due to us switching carriers not because of signing up for a specific plan. There was a lot of confusion going on in the store as they appeared to be short staffed and were training a couple of new employees. We were passed back and forth from the trainer to the trainees. We were told that it can take a few billing cycles for everything to go through but credits would be made to the account for the trade ins. After receiving bills showing a payment for our supposed free phones we contacted Verizon and were told that on their end there was nothing they could do and said we needed to contact the store where we got the phones. We went to the store with our original paperwork and were greeted by the person who was training when we first stopped in. He apparently is the new store manager. He was confused with what we were asking and made copies of the paperwork so he could show it to his superior (trainer). He said he would follow up with a text. After not receiving a reply for 2 weeks we stopped back in to find out what was going on. At this time it was noted that the paperwork that needed to be filed for the trade ins was never entered. We were also informed that since we changed our plan, as we were told we could, we were no longer eligible for the free phones and would need to make the scheduled payments for the next 3 years unless we changed back to the original plan. We asked how this happened and were told that it was most likely a miscommunication from the salespeople. Asked why we were being punished when it was their miscommunication and not our misunderstanding we were told sorry but there is nothing we can do. This business appears to put commissions above customers. We are now stuck with a plan we didn’t want and phones we didn’t need. Think twice before doing business here. This pertains to our experience at the Canon City, CO location

People there seemed like they didn't care, wanted to sell more than what I actually needed.

I used to work here so I can confirm they train employees to deceive customers. I quit out of frustration with their sales practices and they still haven't paid for my last month of work. Avoid A Wireless at all costs. It is not worth the hassle. I don't even know how much money all of the managers stole from customers. And would discipline me for NOT tricking an elderly couple on SSI into making their bill increase by $200. Again, they're even more evil than regular corporate Verizon.

SCAM ALERT FOR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES BUYER BEWARE I shopped at the retail store on Venice Blvd, Los Angeles and I was victim of a scam by three of their employees. I now have a phone that I didn't want and cannot return without losing $75 to their lousy operation. To make a long story short, they have horrible customer service and make promises that they can't keep. (Partially because they aren't an actual Verizon store) They are are trying to con me into paying a $75 "restocking fee" when they failed to follow through on their promise? Shame on A Wireless!

for lack of a negative feedback i had to give them a 1 star. They are misleading and give customers the run around! If you deal with any of their wireless dealers! Run from any Verizon Wireless that are part of this retailer! ABC Wireless & A Wireless have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL!

Previously Diamond wireless of Salem, NH. Thank you Angel CrusAdonis for scamming me into a contract for $759.99. There is no way that was part of the discussion when I stopped by the BJ's in Salem NH to upgrade from Iphone 6 to Iphone 7! Well done A Wireless and Diamond Wireless, you really know how to treat your loyal customers!
