Rhonda is the best! We went to the Greenville Blvd store in Greenville NC while my sister-in-law was visiting. Rhonda immediately greeted us and offered to help--very polite, patient, and professional. It wasn't an easy fix, but Rhonda did it! My sister-in-law had the convenience of using her cell phone while visiting, but more importantly, it helped to ensure her safe travel flying back home. Verizon--You're lucky to have Rhonda as part of your team!

Queshon was a huge help! I was not happy that my phone was MIA and that I had to be at Verizon to get a new one. Things were not going smoothly on my end but he helped with patience and compassion. He was knowledgeable about the phones to help me decide which one to get which I appreciated since I hadn’t had time to do my own research and clueless.
Also, my child was being very testy during our appointment and he seemed unbothered and focused on what we were needing to do which was great. Plus, he brought out crayons for him.
And had minor interactions with the other staff but they were super sweet and I’m sure equally as helpful!

Sara is an excellent customer service specialist. 3 years ago I dealt with a man employed at a different location in town; he was terribly condescending. Sara redeemed Verizon in my eyes. Give her a raise!
