One of their employees, I think her name was Vicki, she was rude and terrible, doesn't have any customer service skills at all ,she should be back in the warehouse dispatching shipment better then servicing people at this government agency

I genuinely have always had a good experience at this post office :) they sometimes have long lines but I have learned to time it by looking at the live update/tracker here on Google maps to see how busy it is and that helps! The people have always been kind to me too. I know mailing things can be stressful to have to get it there on time but I really feel like the women and men who I have interacted with do their best to make it a good experience. Obviously can’t speak for everyone but that is my personal experience in the several dozen times I’ve gone here.

Received slip stating I had a letter that needed a signature wasn’t home to receive it went to the post office at the stated time when to pick it up, surprise surprise they can’t find the letter can’t get ahold of the carrier that delivered it waited an hour just to speak to the manager that was trying their best to avoid me super glad tax dollars support this garbage

I moved to Greenville NC in 2018 my family lives in CA. I have had 3 different residents and the same problem. Any time a family member sends myself or children a greeting card for most birthday and holidays we have never received the cards. My mom is 72 years old and she does not have very many birthdays left in this case the card was more important than the giftcard but because I put the card in the drop box my mother never received her birthday. On several occasions my parents sent my children birthday, Christmas and Easter greeting cards with money or gift cards we never received them. I spoke with the supervisor that runs the mail for my area and he told me that once the mail is dropped off they have no way to track the envelope mail unless it is priority (which is expensive). With a response like that from a supervisor I can only imagine what the carries think about people letters. They must know they can't get caught. This is very disturbing. I have lived in 4 different states and I have NEVER had this issue. We have lost hundreds of dollars to the post office and they have no care in the world to correct this issue. I know I am not the only one in this area that has run across this problem. Something needs to be done. This is unlawful!

Absolutely hate usps. Ever since I moved to my new place, I have had nothing but trouble. I have gotten several emails for all orders that were supposed to be delivered by usps that I've have stated that my packages were
undeliverable" or that "I had moved and left no forwarding address." My address is not incorrect, and I'm not living in a newly built place. So I call absolute bullcrap.

Attitude= horrible. Service= horrible. They stand around and waste your time while they chat and make conversation with each other with no courtesy to you. I hate this host office and avoid at ALL COSTS.

This location has the absolute worst customer service clerks ever. They greet you with an attitude, the inaccurately do their jobs. Also when inquiring about their policies they enforce what they want to enforce.

I have never had any issues with usps until now. There has been two instances now where the delivery guy has requested on my behalf that the package be picked up at this location and NOT DELIVERING MY PACKAGE FOR A SECOND TIME NOW. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to worry about where my package is and I have to go pickup my packages when they were supposed to be delivered. I will be speaking with you all tomorrow in person and hopefully this will get straightened out.
