One of their employees, I think her name was Vicki, she was rude and terrible, doesn't have any customer service skills at all ,she should be back in the warehouse dispatching shipment better then servicing people at this government agency

Attitude= horrible. Service= horrible. They stand around and waste your time while they chat and make conversation with each other with no courtesy to you. I hate this host office and avoid at ALL COSTS.

Went on a Saturday May 11, and the gentleman with the tied up long dreads and the shorter lady were very nice with a great attitude. Thanks for your help!
