“Hey yall this gone be a little long ?. Since I was 10 I always wanted a charger or a 300 which ever one gave off more of a clean luxurious look. How ever the 300 did the job. So on July 2023 I turned 18 an decided to start credit . Soo I was looking around the world for a clean 300 but they were either not the right trim to old too many miles or too over priced . “I purchased a 2013 VW Passat about six months ago from Value Max in Greenville NC. I loved my car and all the staff were extremely kind and I felt as if I was a true valued customer ! Unfortunately my car has some major repairs and Value Max stood behind me and got one thing replaced for me, no expense out of my pocket. Another time my car has to have over 10,000.00 in repairs that the warranty covered. Whew, and a few days ago my car is broken down. I called and spoke with the manager David and explained my issues and concerns. He told me he would speak with the owner and sure enough he gave me a call ! Great news that they will take my car back and let me trade it for another ! They have gone above and beyond measure to make me Happy ?. What great people to work with and stood behind their customer. A big shout out thank you to all involved in blessings me and my family in so many ways ! I Will be returning and I will purchase a new car from them again. I will never go anywhere else to do car shopping.”
