Kimmy was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She was so patient with me. I could NOT sign into my Gmail or Yahoo email. All this information was SAVED...still could NOT get into it. She said "Patience is a virtue." She displayed that today. She answered ALL MY QUESTIONS...so nice & helpful.

I recently upgraded my iPhone as well as my two daughters’ iPhones. Ali provided exceptional customer service. Ali was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. He really knows how to sell a product without using extreme pressure tactics and therefore, I also purchased accessories. I would definitely send my friends and family to see Ali if I become aware that they are interested! Thank you, Ali, for confirming that excellent customer service still exists in today’s society!

Donna Beachum has been extremely helpful in helping me with devices o er the past 4 months. I've purchased the router, home phone, car & charging block, Bluetooth speaker, charging pad & a new Galaxy Flip 5 plus the case & screen protector. We were helped by Malinda and could not ask for better service. She was awesome in fixing the issues we needed addressed and even went as far as to personally deliver our hardware. Will definitely contact her again for anything we need. Best customer rep I have ever had!
