Kimmy was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She was so patient with me. I could NOT sign into my Gmail or Yahoo email. All this information was SAVED...still could NOT get into it. She said "Patience is a virtue." She displayed that today. She answered ALL MY QUESTIONS...so nice & helpful.

Donna Beachum has been extremely helpful in helping me with devices o er the past 4 months.
