My elderly mother has been sitting in this store for 45 minutes waiting to pay her bill. She perfers paying in cash. Where are the employees. Thers 1 person working and the store has been open for a hour. Where is the other employees.

I've been knowing Lamont for years but I finally took the big jump and switch my business line back to US Cellular and boy was i super impressed. Lamont and his team go above and beyond with their customer service skills and I will never use any other competitor in town...They gave me peace of my mind with my business and knowing that everything is taken care of, the whole staff deserve raises AS IN IMMEDIATELY...They will take care of you don't think just go.

I have been following LaMonte' (and Atlantic Wireless) for over 15 years now due to his customer service that is beyond compare! He went above and beyond again on my last visit to get both my wife and I new phones. Brittany was also very pleasant to work with as well. Brandon if you keep people like this around you can be assured continued success. PS- Brandon I first met you, when you stopped by my business, before you started Atlantic Wireless. You were selling cell phones out of the trunk of your car, probably 1995 or 1996 and we upgraded phones with you at that time. We were told to pay a deposit only in cash! We couldn't call to Mexico like we were told, called the customer service and to find out they have no record of deposit! My aunt was robbed!

If you have had a bad experience here PLEASE give this story another chance. This store came under new management in September 2017 and the new manager is great. He has been my USCC agent now for over 5 years and he takes care of his customers. Before I started using him as an agent I was about to leave US Cellular due to shady customer service and getting burned by several associates. I felt they were just out for my money, but Lamont is not like that at all. He finds out what your needs are in a phone and finds a phone that best fits you and will also work to find you any discounts or deals you are eligible for. Lamont is one of the most honest, caring people I have ever met in Pitt County and you won't be disappointed.
