We get a lot of packages from UPS. The Delivery Drivers vend over backwards to accommodate us. Can't say enough good things about them. If someone has a bad day and takes it out on the UPS Driver, that Customer may come here to complain. In all reality however, the UPS Team are wonderful.

The delivery driver who now serves my area is the worst. I've never had an issue until she took over. Now I have had several people reach out saying they sent my daughter Christmas gifts and wanted to know if we received them. We have not and when they checked the tracking it says it's being held at carrier facility and cannot be delivered. (One from the 17th!!) Another one says attempted delivery at 3:44 AM on a Monday morning, my husband was home ALL DAY and she did not come by at 3:44 PM. I've tried to be nice and even tried to let them make it right by delivering today once made aware of situation. Come home to still no packages. I'm upset, let us have back the gentlemen who were always so friendly. This isn't even including the incident with said driver a month ago. I didn't file a complaint like I should have and now I REGRET not doing so.Editing to add: I wrote this last night but decided to hold off on posting. When I went to bed at 11 last night it still said the same thing, this morning at 6:30 it said attempted delivery on 11/28. If she attempted delivery they would be here. It's toys for a 2 year old so they DO NOT need a signature. This is the worse experience with UPS. Our FedEx driver is so much better.

Disgusted. Paid for an overnight package and when the package stated delivered we had the cameras checked and it wasn’t. Local UPS tracked and found the Greenville UPS driver LIED never delivered forged signature and took package back to Greenville UPS facility to sit for the weekend. Now a overnight package will take over 4 DAYS!! Incompetent. DRIVER SHOULD BE FIRED!

Absolutely horrible. They hold on my UPS packages and never contact me. They always ask for clarification on my address when I go to the website. Somehow when I’m able to reach the which is impossible because you will never find the number. I quote on quote clarify my address and still never got the item. I cannot believe this is still in operation. It is fraudulent stuff.Re: the generic ups response below this review. You can start by giving the direct number to this facility. Instead of the generic UPS 888 number where will you never will be able to talk to a live representative. EVER. If you really cared and wanted to help you will post this number.

The place to go when the UPS Store is closed or even while their open. Easy in & out package drop offs any time of the day. Staff is always friendly and always helpful.

The delivery drivers sure love to just toss your packages at your door when they don't think your home. UPS might be cheaper than the post office right now, but ive never had issues with the post office rolling packages at my front door like they're bowling balls. UPS has really dropped the ball here lately, as a small business owner I ship about 15-20 orders monthly. I rely on the shipping of my products to be handled with care. This month alone I've have two orders broken beyond repair due to miss handling during shipping. That a 10% loss for me. I will not be shipping with UPS anymore.

I had left my wallet in SC and had it mailed back to me in Greenville NC. I was excepting my wallet to arrive while I was at work. During work I had a Janitor at their facility send me a Facebook message that he had my wallet and that he found it in the trash can at the UPS facility. I go pick it up from his house and it had been gone through and rearranged, some cards were missing. I wanted to know why my package was in the trash can and also why it was not turned in correctly. I am sure someone tried to us my credit cards and debit card before finding out they were canceled. Literally the worst service I have ever dealt with. No answers for none of my questions. They should close the building down if all they are going to do is steal from it. I want UPS to see this and please get in touch with me, with a real person instead of computer to talk to.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me on yesterday. I tracked the package all day and it said that it was out for delivery. I checked again a little bit before 5 pm and it said that my delivery was canceled. According to what was said as the reasoning behind the cancelation, the driver "attempted" to deliver the package to me and I refused it. No one ever showed up to my door with a package. I was home all day. And why would I order something, pay for it, and then refuse to take it when it's being delivered to me? Make that make sense! I no longer trust UPS.

After paying extra to get my package delivered, today, my tracking update informed me that the delivery was not completed due to the business my package was being delivered to not being open. Not only was my business due to open 3 minutes after this “attempt” was made, no one attempted to deliver my package in any capacity when I and other employees had been in the building since 7 am. I immediately called the customer service number to try to get my package to me today since it’s the day it was scheduled to be delivered AND I had paid extra to receive my package early, and they assured me that someone from THIS facility would be in contact to reschedule my delivery TODAY. After no return call and no less than FIVE attempts to get my package delivered, I was finally put in contact with a “supervisor” at the Customer service center. I explained that at this point, I had been at work for 12 hours, was off tomorrow when supposedly they would attempt re-delivery, and still had not been contacted by my local facility and she informed me that not only was my package unable to be delivered today at any point because the drivers had all left (when if I had received a call back from this particular location, that could have been avoided), but that i was also unable to pick up my package because it was “locked up in a trailer for the night” and I had to call THIS facility at 8:30 tomorrow morning to ensure my package would not be sent out for delivery. When I asked what would happen if my package went out for delivery before I was able to get ahold of anyone (a valid concern based on the lack of communication I had received from here so far), I was told that I would basically have to show up to my place of business and sit and wait until my package was attempted to be delivered OR they could return my package to the sender and they could try again OR I could PAY EXTRA to change the address. I was ALSO informed that the Option I paid extra for was an option that had not been available since MARCH 2020 and that if I wanted a refund for it, I needed to contact the sender, even though it’s UPS’s fault that my package wasn’t delivered, not the company I ordered from . After this experience, I will NEVER order from a company that uses UPS to ship its products to me. The most unprofessional and poor customer service that I have ever received.
