Stop the store to get a quotes on a couple of tire packages found some that I liked told that I was going home to get my vehicle well, on the way back I had a blow out call them telling them what happened and I was going to get a tow truck the rest of the way they said ok see you when you get here I was maybe 15 minutes away 2 minutes later they called me back saying that they were sending someone to my location with a tire to fit my vehicle the tow truck would cost me $95 that employee that came to my location brought the spare tire from his personal vehicle got to the shop they took car of my vehicle and looks good that was AWESOME customer service DONT THINK RNR OR ANY OTHER TIRE COMPANIES WOULD'VE HELPED ME THE WAY THEY DID

“Some of the most respectful and caring people working here. Almost every other car shop I’ve been to I’ve been talked to like a was beneath the person working there or scolded for not understanding certain things pertaining to my car. I have even left the previous shop before here crying my eyes out because of how the owner spoke to me but Ive never felt more respected and cared for than I have every single time at this shop. And it will be the only place I have anything done for my car. “The Pughs' service is excellent because one time a year ago, I went into the office one morning asking for a tire rotation. They were busy but the guy at the service desk said, ' he'd put me in line and try his best to get it done that day'. That's without me making an appointment and he went out of his way to squeeze me into thier busy schedule. Then, after the technician rotated , he was kind enough to let me talk with him for a second, and treated my vehicle cautiously and with care when he parked it. No scratches or dents. Very professional and easy going company. I'd recommend them to anybody. Just remember they are busy and have patience ,because its worth the time.”
