The leading staff and Aryan were amazing helping me get an apartment and went above and beyond helping me get everything set up.
The maintenance team was awesome helping respond fast and great at fixing any small issues I’ve had.
The landing has best maintenance and leasing teams that I’ve ever dealt with in my apartment living experience. 5 stars in not correct, 10 stars all day!!

A work order was put in for a broken door frame, the door had been clearly kicked in or knocked down for some reason with a previous tenant. The door frame was cracked all the way down and held together with just the female ends of the locks. Maintenance marked the order as complete and instead of replacing the door frame like any sensible trade worker would, they filled the door frame with silicone. This building and apartment specifically has not been within building code § 151.17, the general requirements for the exterior and interior of structures. Along with this, since then, they had broken into the apartment and broken the door frame further, there’s been two work orders for this door frame since then and it has been about three months that this door can’t lock due to their maintenance breaking in.

please get a new internet provider, haven’t had internet since move in. Calling them directly and trying the leasing office doesn’t help at all. please stop being cheap and switch to a provider that actually works and fixes things when they don’t. It’s incredibly frustrating being a student and not having working internet and then being told by management that I have to call single digits and figure it out myself with their outsourced customer service that has no idea about anything going on at the property

I just moved here (building 4 which is an 4x4) and it’s very disappointing. Moved into my room and found out that maintenance threw all the furniture on the bed causing damages. Got stuck with a mattress that has springs digging into my back. It took way too long to actually get a room WITHOUT CATS! I am very allergic and it was annoying that they kept placing me in a room with cats. The pool is the worst part! Pool is green and disgusting. Lots of trash in the pool and rotten food around the pool! There’s also the random charges I keep getting for “admin fee” and “move in fee” so you aren’t paying the actual rent but another $300 in fees! Once my lease is done I am going to strongly consider moving out! This apartment complex is not worth the $900 for rent. If anything, it should be a lot cheaper for the lack of care you get!

The pool is nice when it's actually open, the parking is some of the best out of the student living apartments in the area, the people who work in the leasing office are nice, and the rent is cheap, but those things do not make up for everything else in my opinion.
When we moved in a bunch of things were broken and there were roaches. The was a huge hole in the back of my sink, a hole in the floor (which they tried to charge me for after moving out), and the towel rack was hanging on by a thread. After being there for a while I also realized that there was no screen in my window, one of the mirror closet doors was coming off the tracks, and one of the strings was missing from my fan, so it could only be turned on when the light was on. That was only in my room and my roommates also experienced issues. The common area was also poorly maintained. The couch cushions were torn, the corners of our counter were messed up, doorstops were missing, and the faucet on the sink would constantly just pop off. Most things we just lived with or fixed ourselves, since we learned quickly that maintenance is fast but not very good. The AC was broken when we moved in, and we filed multiple maintenance requests because every time they "fixed" it, it would break again. It was broken for SO LONG and we had many different people coming in and out of our apartment for weeks. They gave us a window unit when we first moved in, then took it after claiming it was fixed, when it wasn't. It wasn't actually properly fixed until we spoke to management.
Check for mold when you move in. Me and my roommates were getting sick a lot when we first got here and didn't know why. We all moved out early, and when I came back to get the rest of my things, there was mold growing around the outside of our air vents. I'm sure it had been growing inside them the whole time. The AC had also broken again by the time I came back.
The wireless internet does not work. Me and my roommates were never able to connect our laptops or phones consistently and we all used data and mobile hotspots for the entire year. The TV's work fine and I was able to use my Xbox after buying an ethernet cable. If you complain, and when issues arise where it's not working at all (this will happen multiple times throughout the year), they send the same generated message about how they work closely with the provider, when the issue is that the Wi-Fi is just terrible. I even tried a Wi-Fi extender but its seriously so bad that the extender couldn't even get a stable connection.
The stairs and railings of our building were literally falling apart, and everyone's smoke alarms go off constantly. Almost every time we used the stove or opened the oven, ours would go off, even though we cleaned both regularly.

Definitely not a fun place to live at. When we first moved in we didn't have a stove/oven for 3 weeks. Had to continuously ask if there was someone to look at it, just for them to fully plug it in. Apartment was also dirty with a roach crawling on the floor when we first walked in. Squirrels are in the attic, through the walls (videos attached), same with bugs coming through the walls as the borders don't fully close in on the floor. Unfortunately, my room didn't have Wi-Fi so I couldn't even work on homework in my own space. Don't be fooled by the pools as they are just now cleaning for maintenance. The pools don't work and get cleaned once they've turned green. Makenzie in the office also has an attitude problem as she's rude every time we see her. You definitely don't get what you paid for as this place is now overpriced. Also be sure to read the lease. The new lease does not cover utilities aside from $30 of electricity. Either way you would go over for electricity and have to pay around $15-$20. Stairs are also falling apart and don't get cleaned, so there's webs caked on them and above the doors. The gates also don't work so I don't even know why they call themselves a gated community. Hoping that our new place is better than here, but with the same Keystone management, my hope isn't set high.
