My mother has been trying to get a motorized wheelchair for my sister who has severe MS and can’t walk. It has been seven months and no chair yet. The physical therapist seems to know everything and won’t listen to the customers needs. Some of the people working there are very rude and condescending. If we weren’t so far into the process we would definitely switch providers if that were possible. What a horrible experience!

I have been waiting three weeks for a very simple parts estimate. When I did call about it I was told they would get to it when they got to it. I don't believe I deserved the sarcasm and lack of customer service. I needed this estimate for Geico to Total out my van. I have cash to walk in and buy a brand new wheelchair equipped van. But after the customer service or lack thereof I don't believe I would ever deal with this company again.

My Father was in a very bad and sudden accident back in December of 2017. Shocked our family and put us in a very unfamiliar place. I reached out to Stalls Medical after this happened. I have been dealing with Jerry Stalls and let me tell that they have gone way above and beyond for our family. I have gotten to know Jerry better throughout this process and believe this industry is a perfect fit for the Stalls folks. I have witnessed first hand that they truly care about the patient. We were not just another client/customer needing a wheelchair, Lift, Accessible Van. He had a personal interest in our case. I was receiving messages from him asking how my father was doing throughout the entire process.Luckily my father will have a full recovery and I am grateful for this, but it has been a tough process. Stalls medical was a major part of helping our family through this. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you, Robert T.

I am a home health physical therapist and prefer working with Stalls medical for any specialty wheelchairs. They take full measurements of the client and their home. They make recommendations but leave the final decision to the client. They typically meet me at the house and will bring equipment for a home trial- this is very important to my home bound clients! The final product is delivered and set up. They take time to explain the product and answer any questions throughout the process. They also have a full service department. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I recently had the back rest of my wheelchair break unexpectedly and it was basically impossible to get around because of it. I called Stalls Medical right away and they got me in short notice to repair my chair. The staff was wonderful and showed great concern for my situation. The best part about Stalls Medical is that some of the staff members are also paralyzed so they understand fully how important it is to be mobile in my wheelchair. They repaired my chair right away and got me on my way. Love this place!

I would recommend Stalls Medical to anyone who needs help enhancing their lifestyle related to adaptive vans, manual and power wheelchairs and platform lifts. Our chair has been so dependable that we travel without even considering that it might have problems. We are 3.5 hours away from the Raleigh area at the coast when the chair wouldn't move. Within about an hour Coleman was dispatched from the Greenville office and within another short time the chair was repaired. It is hard to describe how helpless I felt when the chair stopped working and how relieved I was when the chair was repaired. Thanks for the prompt response.

I got my first chair at 13 and now I'm 36. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my wheelchair needs. Always good customer service.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would give them negative 5 stars. I received a wheelchair that was improperly sized from them and, upon mentioning this to the salesmen, was told that my "first chair" was going to be uncomfortable and painful anyways (A custom-built, ultralight wheelchair should NEVER be painful!)I wish it stopped at simply being sized incorrectly, but the list of my grievances is endless. Their staff were unprofessional (responding to emails with less than 3 words!), not helpful, took forever to do basic tasks like ordering items, lied on multiple occasions about whether or not they had the "paperwork" they needed and had submitted it to insurance, rushed me through the process of sizing and fixing my chair, did not give me all the options available to me, took months to get me my chair, and ultimately just provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received.After nearly two years fighting with them, and being in a painful wheelchair full time, I STILL haven't gotten my wheelchair modified for my needs, and ultimately discontinued any dealings with them, because they were not helpful whatsoever, and I felt all they cared about was getting me out of their hair and moving on to the next, probably also dissatisfied, customer.If you are considering going with this company for your custom wheelchair needs. DON'T. Choosing not to go with Stalls will be the best decision you ever made.

Miserable experience. Was treated like a horse being fitted for iron shoes. Then they tried to sell me a car! I'll do business elsewhere.
