Pump sprayed fuel as soon as I took it out of the holder. Card machine doesn't work. Parking lot sucks.

Better management with de-escalation and resolution skills is much needed for this location. When trying to explain a valid situation to the manager, she started to raise her voice and was definitely lacking in professionalism. Even the Assistant manager who was “training” her did not demonstrate leadership skills. I was completely calm in everything I was relaying over to her and it was very evident that she was getting frustrated. You would have thought I was a manager, and she was the customer the way she was portraying herself.
Shorty following the lack of leadership, comes the rude staff.
Everyone is very aware that this is a gas with minimum to no qualifications but I definitely could have gotten treated better without being dismissed. I had relevance to the situation I was trying to explain.
Please Speedway cooperate provide better leadership/resolution skills to your employees, especially those in management.

I was hired on by another speedway not far from this location.... When I was hired I was told I would be working at this location on Green Street but later on I was told the management said because I was homeless I couldn't be hired because they were worried about theft!!! Mr Dartmouth I guess his name is and I no this to be true because his own wife Tina dart mouth told me !! Plus I was only working hardly 20 hours a week when I was told I'd be full time.... A month later I was terminated because of an incident between my ex-girlfriend and I 4 years ago came back on my criminal record that being said I think this man should be fired from his job or demoted that is discrimination unfair at that ! But I'd like to add also the store that I worked at on stantonsburg hardly ever closed frozen chicken wings and burgers in airtight containers no hair nets are being worn every time the management is not there even when they are there people are cooking and eating free food and half of them smoke pot I have no reason to lie about any of this cuz it was disgusting me very much as I am a stickler about such things and I'm not a thief plus I love the show bar rescue like you would not believe and they have brought this kind of thing to my attention eat there if you like and get sick if you want I think they should be somehow accountable for their actions and training

Firstly, Speedway in general is a decent gas station, overall, especially coming from someone from the Midwest where this corporation originated before being purchased by 7-Eleven. Will always recommend a Speedway and this one in particular does well when it comes to keeping items in stocks.3 Stars is only since customer service is hit or miss, one guy occasionally made odd and end comments like he was irritated I was giving him business everyday when I was there, temporarily but considering Greenville, NC in itself is a inbred town and the guy himself occasionally appears drunk but like I said, to be expected in that area of NC.That said, I still recommend Speedway in general and this one still does well overall. ?

Employees are always friendly and efficient! Gas pumps almost never take my CC and I usually have to drive around until I find one that will work with my card. The coffee is good, actually has creamer unlike most stores in Greenville, it’s just in a bad location in the store. I always frequent this location.
