I have to say I am impressed with the staff at the East Fire tower rd in Greenville NC. I often say that the front line workers get all the responsibility and little credit. One young lady Mallory has impressed with her tact, charm and thick skin when dealing with customers who as people leave much to be desired. She has shown me her character in but the briefest of moments, and that character is sterling in every way. Nice job!

Sheetz is always pretty good. This location however was not good. The Men's bathroom was trashed. No toilet paper was available. The trash/s cans were overflowing. The food was decent, but it easy to see no effort was put in at all. Not a good experience overall. One thing to note, this was Saturday before noon.

The food order was cold and wrong. Bread was stale, overall I will NOT EVER order food from Sheetz again. This is not the first time with this particular store either.

I do like the ease and convenience that Sheetz provides. The issue that I have is that the gas pumps are always out of receipt paper and I then have to go into the store just to get a receipt. This takes away from the schedule I am already on and doesn’t provide the great convenience that Sheetz if so greatly famous for. When I ask the cashiers I get the reasons: it’s been too busy to go out there to refill them or I’m the only one here so as soon as I get help they will be filled.

Cashiers at register seem to hate their job. They NEVER offer a bag for your purchases and never say thank you and always seem to have something better to do than wait on customers. This is the least friendly Sheetz I have ever been to. I have been coming to this store every morning for 3 years, but it has devolved. Tired of starting my mornings getting sub par service. No more. Movin on.

their grilled cheese consists of bread with no butter and cheese slices neither of which have been grilled. whoever made this simply just did not care
