I have the unlimited fries. Today I ordered fries at 4: 10 pm. I know the exact time, because I wasn't able to pick them up in time before work. I assumed after a period of time they would simply throw them away.
I got off work around 1:00 a.m. and ordered fries again. Went to go get my little snack after work. Got home...the fries we're not the ones I just ordered...they were the fries from 4:10 according to the receipt on the bag.... 9 hours ago....
Thank God I got different sauces after work, and noticed it. Eeeewww!!!
They apparently let food sit out for 9 hours if it doesn't get picked up. I don't know. That's kind of gross. Three stars. ?

Obscenely long wait time in drive thru. They make you wait 20 minutes for someone to ask what you're here for, then another 20 after its ready at another window for someone to hand it to you.

This has to be the slowest place I’ve ever ordered food from. Every now and again I forget and make the mistake of getting food from here just to wait 30-45 minute for 3 items. They literally make one order at a time and what’s sad is every item is quick serv, frozen, or premade. Someone needs to train these people how to work quickly and efficiently.

I tend to order on the app after work cause I work nights but the food is just always amazing. Never disappoints me! And they’re open 24/7 so if I wanna order anytime, I can. 10/10 food always I love sheetz!

Kev the team lead was so sweet and helpful. Kev was doing his job and the job for someone else being the only cashier at the moment. He rung me up and while waiting on me he served another individual and while he was attending them he informed me that I still had his attention and he communicated so well. Kev the team lead is an example of what multi tasking and attending to the customers is about. Great job Kev. I pray he goes further in life with the level of work ethics and people skills. Blessings to Sheetz and Mr Kev

Time: 2:20 PMDate: Oct 15th 2023I just simply asked very politely. "Do you have Caesar dressing". To Conny, the so called Supervisor. Who answered with a very aggressive. YES.OK lol.This is one of the worst fast food spots in Greenville. The employees work like they're absolutely miserable. They work like they legit hate the customers. Always have an attitude for no reason. Even if you're polite. All while working slower than molasses. If anyone of them worked with me at a real restuarant they would be roasted and fired. Ridiculous.Wait times late at night can range from 50 - 1Hr 30Min waits I seen. I seen customers leave frustrated and angry. Rightfully so. They need to get rid of the slack and get some professionals in there, too many amateurs that dont have a love for food service. They desperately need some changes.P.S.: You're better off going to Cookout or Sup Dogs if you want some late night grub.

Do not use the app to order anything from this store. If they do not have an item, they don’t even call or send a notification or try to replace the missing item. All they do is charge you the full amount of the order and you end up not getting what you ordered. Then when you call they say it’s doordash’s problem. But doordash can’t track your order if you ordered off the Sheetz app so they’re essentially just stealing money from you. It’s happened to more than one person I know. As far as going to the store in person I’ve seen really bad attitudes from employees at the front of the store, in the kitchen I’ve seen an employee handling cooked food without gloves. I watched the night time manager chase a guy down he thought was stealing and make a scene in front of everyone there only to find out the guy used self checkout and had a receipt. Go to the location by the hospital if you must but with Royal Farms and Wawa coming to town this place shouldn’t even be open anymore.
