I’m very upset with the outcome of my experience at Sam Lancaster Auto Sales. I am currently on the market for my first vehicle, with little car knowledge. i found a vehicle that i liked through this dealership, and even got as close as to signing a loan \u0026 purchasing insurance for this vehicle, along with putting a partial down payment on it. Thankfully the employee who was filling in for the original salesman i had spoken too, noticed that the vin number i was given was incorrect. Meaning the loan \u0026 insurance i had gotten approved for, wasn’t for the vehicle i was about to purchase. Thankfully this was caught in time because the correct vin number for the car i was about to purchase, ended up having a salvage title. According to the owner, he was not aware that the vehicle he had purchased \u0026 was trying to sell had a salvaged title. Being a new first time buyer, this has been a scary \u0026 terrible first experience.

I was looking for a vehicle to replace one destroyed by Hurricane Dorian. Zack Lancaster worked me on selection and price. I didn't have the luxury or waiting and looking because there was a need to get a vehicle within a couple of days. I am very pleased with the vehicle and the honest service I received. I would shop there again.
