The worse customer service ever!!!!! The office staff didn't follow through with a service request. I have never had this issue before. The technician "Delon" was very unprofessional and hung up on me. The repair was a joke. I can still see the area "repaired". I would not recommend using this company. When I tried to schedule a replacement, the customer service rep gave me a fictitious date and time. Had me waiting for something that was never scheduled!!! If I could give "0" stars, I would. Safelite Greenville, NC is the worse ever!!!

I would not recommend Safelite from this interaction.
Do NOT use Safelite.
Technician broke the new windshield, said “I still need to collect your payment to use the warranty”, then shook my hand and said “someone will call you to schedule another appointment.” And pulled out of the driveway. ??
So we paid $300 to get the new one broken and be told to wait a week. Asked for a DM to call me and haven’t heard back. They have my money so now I’m not important. Terrible experience.

It’s the repair that looks like it was never repaired. You can see the resin didn’t reach the end of the crack. Repair tech (David) complained about the company and his workload the whole time he was “fixing” our small crack. I guess I’ll just wait for the cooler weather to get the crack moving across the windshield.

My rearview mirror fell off cause it was so hot in my suv. I took it to safe lite and Jose fixed it in 20 minutes.
Excellent Customer Service, professional work and He made my day. It was stressful driving around with broken hanging mirror, but I was smiling and happy when I left. Good People!

Just had my windshield replaced by Jamie on my 1999 Mazda Miata. The entire process was fast and easy. I did not expect for it to only take about an hour to complete. Jamie was fantastic. He was highly professional and knew his stuff. I love having professional knowledgeable people work on my vehicle. The finish product looks great and is miles better than my old pitted and cracked window.

Safelight texts you, and asks you to be there early...for what? I'm here 45 minutes after my appointment...no apology about wait time. When i checked in i wasn't warned there would be a long wait. Why don't they come to you anymore? I'll post again if I ever get my windshield repaired. ?

Received a follow up phone call from Safelite in regard to a quote I requested online. The customer representative answered all of my questions which led me to booking an appointment at this location the next day. Isaiah called the same day to confirm my appointment and answer any additional questions. Safelite does a great job of sending emails and texts about how to properly prepare for your appointment. When I arrived, they opened on time at 8AM and took my car in. Alexander, my technician, completed the work with no issues in a timely manner.
