I was considering moving my prescriptions to this location based on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted to price what it would cost me. They refused, only to say that it was the same? I was disappointed in this kind of service delivery and didn't feel as though I was wanted as a customer ?

Edit/update: The manager, Brian, reached out after seeing this review and was extremely friendly and concerned that this is an issue I’ve experienced multiple times. He has assured me that he will be implementing new methods to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. It’s great to see management take reviews seriously and act quickly to make changes and ease the frustrations of their customers. I am overjoyed to see how much realo appreciates and values their customers. I hope to be able to update this post again with the removal of the negative and adding that 5th star!Every single time I go here the meds that need to be mixed for my kids never are. I have officially reached a point where I will have to ask each time I go if the meds are mixed. I can’t fill a syringe with powder for my kids to take medication. I go out of my way across the county to support this pharmacy. I don’t intend to leave I just hate that I can’t rely on the employees to make sure meds are properly prepared before handing them over to a customer. The people are nice and friendly, the prices are great, they just need to get better about making sure everything is actually ready for pick up.

They were very friendly and helpful. They only had 1 of what I was needing. So they ordered it while I was there since they needed to restock anyway. They took my name and number down to call me when they come in monday.

Great prices, fast service, welcoming environment. The workers are lovely as I've never had an unpleasant interaction here. They always make sure to tell you to take care/feel better when leaving with your prescriptions. They also have discounts for certain meds that certain insurances/the un-insured would usually pay more for.

Best staff, service, etc. Never a long wait. Everyone there will promptly assist you with a problem. No other pharmacy compares to them.

This place is a joke. You won’t fill my son’s prescription because you don’t make money on it. Such bad business. People if they tell you they can’t get full your prescription they are lying. They had my son’s medication but refuse to fill it because of money.

We followed Brian over from CVS. He is the best and we love that his son followed in his footsteps. He's caught mistakes that drs made with our prescriptions and always had great advice to help with what ever was going on with us. They were also very good with my elderly in-laws with delivering their meds and helping with the essentials that allowed us to take care of them at home. Love this place!!!

This along with Kinston's Realos are the cream of the crop imo bar none. Very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly/fast. Don't take my word for it though, give them a shot :).

This is the best group of pharmacists you will ever find. Brian is more knowledgeable than many doctors. You won't go wrong with this bunch!

Been going to this pharmacy for 10 years now, they deliver, Brian is sometimes the only person who tells me happy birthday ? every years an automatic message is sent, and sometimes it means a lot ❤ ? great pharmacy
