Came into Pugh’s and Mark was a lot of help. I was looking to get my oil changed and get a quote on some tires. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped me find tires that would fit my day-to-day needs. I will definitely be back to this store for my car needs!

The Pughs' service is excellent because one time a year ago, I went into the office one morning asking for a tire rotation. They were busy but the guy at the service desk said, ' he'd put me in line and try his best to get it done that day'. That's without me making an appointment and he went out of his way to squeeze me into thier busy schedule. Then, after the technician rotated , he was kind enough to let me talk with him for a second, and treated my vehicle cautiously and with care when he parked it. No scratches or dents. Very professional and easy going company. I'd recommend them to anybody. Just remember they are busy and have patience ,because its worth the time.

I am very pleased with the service offered at the Dickenson location of Pugh's. I moved to Greenville a few years ago for college and I asked my old mechanic where I could go that he trusted in Greenville. He recommended Pugh's and I have been going there ever since! I have never felt screwed over or uncomfortable at this location and would highly recommend it. Not only is their waiting area comfortable, but they also have a shuttle service that is fast and reliable.

*Edited*Had some issues, however, customer service with online tire service and pugh’s tire was great and issue resolved within timely manner. Other than that, staff was welcoming and quick for my appointment.

Pugh’s has been an absolute life saver for this clueless college girl haha. I’ve been to this location several times for various issues and they are always so nice, helpful, and quick with the repair. Being a young woman in school away from home, I never know what I’m talking about so I’m always on the phone with my dad when I go in lol. They are so patient with me and always charge me fairly. I will never take my car anywhere else in Greenville!!

Well went there to get service on my truck they couldn’t figure out what was wrong kept it for 3 weeks had to get it towed would not recommend this place I used the Greenville Blvd location and they were supposed to fix my ignition switch and they did not that’s what I get going to a tire place for service charge me $500 for nothing had to get someone else to fix what they said they fixed wouldn’t have tires put on my bicycle there would give negative 5 stars if I could

Hopefully this is the right location I'm complaining about I took my truck there 3 weeks ago had to keep calling them for updates they kept guessing at what was wrong they couldn't figure what was going on with the truck would not communicate at all so we had to yet again get it towed to Toyota would not recommend this place for nothing
