What a treasure Dunn’s is we had bumper replaced of course insurance wanted after market Rex got new bumper not AM but noticed very small dent if it had not have pointed out we may not have noticed it. He was having nothing but what we paid for new bumper after all we were having a dented bumper fixed why replace it with another dented? Yes we had to wait an extra day but when we picked up the truck it was washed and shiny like new this shop goes the extra mile and is family owed great service we will never go any where else support local

Dunn's did the impossible! They were able to repair the damage to my car at the lowest possible cost and they went out of their way to have it ready as quickly as possible. My car looks amazing....brand new! Fantastic people to do business with... I highly recommend Dunn's!!!

Never even made it inside the shop before I had a negative interaction. I came here after I was rear-ended in town per my insurance company's suggestion. This is where the adjustment was scheduled take place. Due to construction, I got rerouted 10 times on my way there by my GPS. It then declared you've arrived with no building in sight. I drove around for another 5 minutes attempting to figure it out before calling. (Note: The building is caddy-corner to 10th with only an attached awning with the business name.) I finally pulled over and called the business. I very professionally informed the receptionist that I was a bit turned around and unable to find them and she immediately got upset and impatient. I calmly repeated that I understood what she was saying but did not see their building. She very loudly and curtly repeated the same deficient directions. I finally, politely requested her patience as I am not native to Greenville and simply did not understand her instructions nor see the building. Finally she clarified and I arrived. When I arrived, I was greeted outside by my adjuster who was getting back in his car. He got out and warmly greeted me and he invited me to go inside and have a seat. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist avoided eye contact and never spoke to me. I was hoping to speak with this shop about making the repairs but after this exchange, I will be going elsewhere. Way to lose a client before they even become a client. Find somewhere else where they value your dollar, respect their clients and go there.
