0 STARS IS TOO GENEROUS‼️‼️I’m ashamed that I have to give this place even a single star. I’ve been here two nights in a row simply trying to order some chicken sandwich combos, with one order being placed in advance and PAID IN FULL on the app. The first time coming through the drive thru I waited fifteen minutes in line, being honked at by people behind me, until being told that both the sandwiches and the wings we were hoping to order weren’t available. Being already frustrated waiting to talk to somebody for that long, just to be told that none of their inventory is available, I went home planning to be more prepared tomorrow. I get home tonight from a 10 hour shift and place the order, IN ADVANCE AND PAID IN FULL, only to find out that the Mac and cheese for our combo, which is a 3 dollar up charge for some reason, as well as the 6 piece wings once again WERENT AVAILABLE! When someone besides the drive thru attendant approached us about the situation, all she could say while on her phone was “what?!” Not only can I not receive the food I have already paid for, but I now have to go through a strenuous experience with Popeyes customer service in order to regain the money for the food I never received. NEVER have I seen an app offer food at a location that can’t service. I really like Popeyes but this horrendous experience has changed my perspective on the brand as a whole. A complete waste of real estate in Greenville, avoid like the plague.

The absolute WORST fast food place in Greenville. Never had a good experience, here’s some examples.• I ordered a simple nuggets meal and waited in lobby for 43 minutes with only 3 people in the entire place. I watched workers play around, stay on their phone, and carelessly toss food around.• I ordered from window and they had no chicken, no Mac and cheese, no lemonade but wanted to offer a dry biscuit as consolation.• Ordered from doordash twice and each time had to get refund because apparently “I went to pick up from the store” and gave the description of a tall white man one time and I’m literally a 4’11 woman. Then apparently a dasher stole it from the store before my dasher was present.• Floor was literally sticky as I walked in, crumbs on the table everywhere.They need to be either shut down, all fired and replaced, or completely trained.But FOR SURE need to be removed from every delivery app so maybe the owner will actually start caring about the issues.

The food is good, but the service and atmosphere are abysmal. The music playing inside was inappropriate and extremely loud. I could barely hear the person working the register. The floor was sticky, and the dining area was not clean. There was only one person in front of me, and it still took 10 minutes to get my food. The drive thru is just as slow. When I got ice for my drink, a chunk of something came out in my cup. Items in my order were forgotten. The place looks like it is running into the ground. I don't plan on going back until changes are made.

I had take out. Service is OK not the best. Store is clean and bright. Bathroom is good. Fast food is available for consumption. You can have a meal, 3 pieces of chicken with a side and a drink, for about $10.

If I could give them 0 stars I would place is nasty/ filthy costumer service is horrible and obviously the manager is friends with the employees and have nothing under controll and they doing what they want we waited 15 to 20 minutes for our food and yall had about 11 people on the clock walking around outside with the apron on / nasty its ghetto and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there to eat!

I went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered about $40 worth of food. While at the speaker the employee takes my order and everything on the screen was correct. Even though the wait time to get to the window was long so you would think my order would be ready by the time I get to the window, nope wrong. The guy asks me what my order was and had to enter it all over again. He couldn't get the order correct for some odd reason it was very simple. Popcorn shrimp combo with fries and strawberry lemonade, 2 piece dark (2 legs) fries and a strawberry lemonade and a 3 piece dark (2 legs and a thigh) with fries and a mango lemonade. I pay for it and get nor receipt with my change and he tells me to pull up and they would bring it out to me. There is already a car parked in front of me waiting as well. Finally the guy brings out the food and forgets my lemonades so he has to go back inside and get it. While he does that I'm checking my order and of course it was wrong. Both chicken orders had white meat in them and mashed potatoes. I let him know my order was wrong and he takes it back and he says he is sorry. I get all the way home and check my boxesm and it's the exact same food again!!!!!! ??? I don't know what they have going on in there but the service sucks. I tried calling to the store once I got home and nobody never answered the phone. I am very disappointed. What happen to the good customer service. I will not be going back there ever again bc they can't never get my order right. All I be wanting is legs, everybody don't eat white meat.

Food is NEVER correct!!! Everyone has attitudes constantly!!! The only time I get good service is when Ronald is the manager on the shift. Once he gets off , it’s like the place goes to hell!!! One time I went and everything I ordered , they were out of. It was ONLY 7pm!!!!!! It seems they just don’t care cause every review up here is bad and they still have bad service!!! The employees even have the nerve to be on Facebook talking about people are posting bad reviews for “clout” or you have to know someone who works there to get good food/service. Why does Popeyes continue to let this happen????

This place is a complete joke. You think Popeyes would be ashamed of this location. They never get an order correct. Once I ordered a 3 piece meal with a chicken sandwich and got someone's 16 piece meal. You always wait 20+ mins for every drive thru order. Do they not send reps around to perform quality checks on these locations? Business hours mean nothing to these ?. I have been at this location during lunch and dinner and witnessed them locking the doors to deny entry or kicking customers out simply because they don't want to work hard during rushes. Throw the whole establishment and every employee away and just start over.

I could see the manager was upset about something. I wish he would've let someone else make my bag because I didn't check it and he got it all wrong. Was to tired to go back.

My family has eaten hear many times. It seems there's no difference between online ordering and drive thru ordering because our food is always wrong. We sat a hour tonight waiting just to deal with the attitudes of the managers and staff after spending 50 bucks. It was a hassle seeing as they lost their copy of he receipt and ours was barely negligible because of the store's machine. After getting home with our order, the order was still incorrect. Parking lot and building are filthy. We will not be eating here ever again and I don't encourage others to.

Haven't eaten here in about 2 years because always receive horrible service no matter what town I was in to eat there. The workers were rude and always gave what they wanted you to have instead of what you paid for then I have to take it back and argue about it. I hated it. This day went to drive thru and the lady was very nice and courteous, I didn't get all that I asked for but the fact that most of it was correct and she made us feel as if she was happy to assist us I didn't go in and argue. I was was content.
