Requested style: Wasn't sure of what color or style I wanted at first. I was provided a little help. Turned out very well. ??
Cleanliness: As usual, clean air, comfortable environment
Stylist: Henry for manicure/fill-in, great job. His Mom for pedicure, also great job. Great accommodations. Both are friendly as usual.

I came in earlier this week to get gel taken off my natural nails and just wanted a basic manicure with clear gel polish. a plastic nail tip was used to forcefully peel off the gel from my natural nails, leaving them soft extremely flexible, chipping, and cracking the same day. I’m very disappointed I came in with healthy nails and left with the integrity of my nails completely damaged.

I use to go here all the time but the past few times I’ve been there I was over charged and I didn’t get what I asked for. I showed him the design and literally walked out with nothing on my nails. He was upset that I brought my 2 girls with me.There was only 2 other ladies being serviced on the shop so it was pretty quiet. I can understand if my kids were being disruptive but they were literally not doing anything. I believe that’s why he rushed through my nails. I don’t like to be difficult customer so once I asked about something I’m noticing isn’t right I will not ask again . I’m just decide to no longer go back and take my money elsewhere.

Not at all a good experience. The owners play favorites with how and who they attend to they are severely under staffed
You shouldn't wait a whole hour for fill in and still end up walking out!

Went in on the 5th of January to get dip powder nails. Henry was rushing during the service and 3 days later my nails are chipping/peeling from underneath. I had to fly out for a work trip to DC and now I have to go spend more money to get my nails done again. I called to see if they can issue store credit or partial refund since I can’t come in and they refused to work with me. Worst nail service I’ve ever experienced and horrible customer service. Not worth spending your money on a business who doesn’t stand behind their work and who don’t value customers. I spent $108 that day and now less than a week later I need to go spend another $50-$60 to get it done the correct way.

The gentleman (Henry, I think) who did my gel polish this morning was fantastic. Quick, gentle, and the nails came out great (very uniform, no bumps). Super affordable and very high quality, I will definitely go back!Service: Gel manicures
