Thank you pirate auto care! They have fixed my car two different times (first time was to fix someone else’s mistake). Both times they have been great and willing to help me. This last time was complicated work for them but they never gave up on it for me. Fair price as compared to others.

My experience has left me profoundly disheartened, and it’s with a heavy heart that I express this. While I recognize that errors can occur, the gravity of this situation is truly disconcerting.
In March 2024, I entrusted Pirate Auto Care with my vehicle for brake repairs. Initially, they replaced the brake pads on each front wheel and a caliper on the front driver's side. Subsequently, they also replaced the ABS module. Over the next three months, the completion of my car's repairs was repeatedly delayed due to parts availability, the mechanic's personal circumstances, and staffing changes.
When my car was finally ready, I arranged for my father to collect it due to my relocation to another county. Once we arrived home with my vehicle, he noticed a leak and warning lights for the ABS and brake fluid turned on shortly after. Suspecting a loose bleeder screw, I contacted Pirate Auto Care on June 24th, seeking a resolution. They offered to tow the car for inspection, but I declined, feeling uneasy about further delays and their handling of my car. I asked for some type of discount or reimbursement but I was declined due to them needing to see the vehicle themselves.
I took my car to another mechanic, who discovered that the newly installed caliper was damaged by incorrect brake pads, causing a brake fluid leak. Additionally, the brake pads on the passenger side were improperly fitted, rendering them ineffective. This oversight compromised my safety, and Pirate Auto Care's response lacked empathy and urgency. I am now considering my options for recourse and repair.

Was disappointed to find out that my daughters car needed 4spark plugs and they said it needed a motor and had low compression on cylinder and charged a 136.00 diagnostic fee.
I got it back home put plugs in and car is running fine.
At least you could have done was put spark plugs in it SMH!!

I took a used car I was considering purchasing here for a pre-purchase inspection. They told me everything looked good with the car and I paid around 100 bucks for them to look it over. 3 months later I realize I have been driving around with a missing lug nut on each wheel. This is very unsafe, a quick google search will show that a missing lug nut causes pressure on the other lug nut which causes them to loosen and the tire can fall off. This is something that should have been caught in the pre-purchase inspection and I'm wondering how good they even looked at the vehicle since they didn't catch this. This oversight could have killed me or my child.

Highly recommend this place! Especially as a college student. I had been struggling to get my hybrid fixed due to dealership mechanics not picking up phones or not calling in my warranty. Pirate auto outshines dealerships by miles! They picked up every call right away, friendly and quick staff. I had a vague idea about what was wrong with the car but These guys solved the issue and found another unseen issue. Even made sure to communicate before working on the car more. They called in my warranty in a snap when others had told me they were always on "hold" for hours. Cheaper than dealership mechanics. If you have a unique car make sure to check these guys out first since they work on a variety of cars! It's been 1 week and my car is doing great.

I love this place so much. I'm from a small town and this place just reminds me of home. The people are nice and welcoming and they don't look at you funny when you know you've asked a dumb question. It's not much to look at but honestly those are the best places to go to. I'm making this place my #1 spot for auto care.

After going through so many changes with other companies, pirates auto is hands down the best for insurance repairs, they repaired my car in timely matter and I’m overall happy with the service they provided, I’m always going to pirates auto for any future repairs.
