Yesterday, April 19, 2024, we needed a new battery. Stopped here and Tyler asked how he could he help. Told him we needed a new battery. He checked the old one and researched for the right battery for our car. Showed us the recommended batteries and let us chose it. Installed the battery and had us on the road in about 10 minutes. Very pleasant experience. Thanks, Tyler !

incredibly ignorant and rude nighttime staff. Unlike every other parts house in Greenville, they won’t greet you, help you, or even make eye contact. Basic elements of customer service are apparently lost on the staff of this store. The Hispanic gentleman at the counter looked visibly angered at the fact he had to check me out after providing zero assistance. For a company which prides itself on “customer service” this is unbelievable.

They always have what I need and the employees are friendly and very helpful. The manager Steven went above and beyond to help me understand what to expect for the NC state inspection and get my vehicle ready for that.

Mauricio is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He goes above and beyond with the quality of service.I’ve had several issues with my car battery over the last few months, but I had put off replacing it for a few reasons, one major reason being that I wasn’t sure if I was also having alternating issues.. another being money, and then the fact that I have a lot to manage in my personal life.. caring for sick family members, grieving, traveling to help another relative after an operation, and handling more additional matters than i can go into.Today I told myself I would go get it done but I wasn’t able to get to the store until 10min before closing. While I was explaining the issue and asking questions he offered to test the alternator, then tested it and determined the issue was the battery. The alternator seemed fully functional.I told him I’d buy a battery, (which I was planning to change at home) but with less than five min to closing he offered to swap the batteries for me.. I wasn’t about to ask him to do either of those things at closing time & was silently planning how I would fit another trip to O’Reilly’s into tomorrows schedule.. But his offers seemed sincere and he didn’t seem bothered or annoyed at all.5 Stars

There price are way too high I brought 6ft of 5/16 fuel line @ 10 a foot that price was way too high they going to price there self out of business

Steven was so helpful!! We were heading home and needed new wipers because we knew we were going to hit storms. He helped us get them on, helped us fill our windshield, and check our oil!!! Super wonderful service with friendliness!! Thank you so much for your wonderful service and great prices.
