Before I moved I had an amazing place I took my vehicles in NY and I knew I was going to miss them, and I do. But to find a place just as good or better on my first attempt here, incredible, Everette's is that place. Awesome customer service, the services have taken care of all my needs and were very fast each time. Greg is super helpful, transparent and friendly. I can't say enough good things, if you need the help of an auto shop in Greenville, just come here.”

They didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want, they got both cars in same day and were done within a day or two, and the people are so transparent and always take the extra step. “University Auto Care is the best place to get your car worked on in eastern NC. When you walk in you can expect to be greeted with a smile, from journeyman mechanic Austin. As a family owned shop, UAC will provide a degree of attention and detail to your motor that a big box auto shop doesn’t have the means to provide. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced/repaired by this shop.”

“This was my first time here, and I got an oil change & inspection. Everyone was very friendly & helpful, it wasn't a long wait, plus they have a great waiting area with wifi & drink machine. So, I would recommend them.? Also want to say that the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they stopped giving a free car wash when you get an oil change, and I feel that if I pay a lot of money (especially for an all synthetic oil change), they should at least give a free basic wash or a discount. Evidently the new owners are the reason for it, so that's a shame.”

“I truly like these guys here! They are very friendly and explain things to you when you need them explained. I had my oil changed and my Inspection done there and I have no complaints what so ever. The process was quick and easy and the guys actually provided service with a smile. I felt comfortable not like they were going to try to hit me over the head with unnecessary items, or try to take advantage of my being a female like some other places I have gone to. And they will drive your car in the bay if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, like me. If something needed replacing or was close to needing to be replaced they showed it to me and explained what was wrong. They showed me my air filter that was blacker than my tires so it definitely needed replacing, and my wipers are still good for now but I should consider replacing them before the fall. This is a good group of guys. Go see them!”
