So far not so good ordered glass gave them exact measurements from manual down to the thousandth of an inch and still the wrong size glass was ordered waiting on replacement hopefully it will be done soon as this is for my workplace in a commercial setting.

We had Mercer Glass replace 13 different panes in our home at one time. The Argon gas had leaked out of the old panes and completely fogged up from moisture. Not only did they manufacture EXACT replacements but the crew that came out and replaced the panes, where very nice and professional. Mercer glass saved me $8,000 on new windows by fixing the old ones!!!

I called Mercer Glass Co. Notifying broken glass. They sent a technician who checked windows, after three weeks new glass arrived and it was installed. Very professional and knowledge installers. Great job guys! Thanks!
