Met with Mr. Greg Morrison, at LibertyTax, this evening. Very nice, courteous gentleman. Offered a bottle of water, and made sure I was comfortable before he began with any questions and/or concerns I might have. This was my second year filing with the assistance of LibertyTax and feel certain the relationship will continue. Everything thoroughly explained, even the silly questions I might ask. The entire process was easy, no stress, and I left with the knowledge that all questions/concerns were well addressed. Great job Greg and LibertyTax!

We have used Liberty Tax (Fire tower) for two years. Wendy Jones is informative, professional and knowledgeable. She met our expectations and exceeded them. First time filing and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience here. When coming to liberty please make no mistake and ask for Wendy Jones don’t get me wrong the entire staff is reliable, honest and operates with integrity but Wendy is unmatched she makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in and will treats as such every time !! She really gets to know her clients and helps them out to the best of her ability. Service was great !! Refreshments were provided and most importantly taxes were filled ?

I have been using Liberty tax for a couple of years. Wendy Jones has been the best tax preparer I have ever had. She is down to earth, honest, extremely helpful, and sweet. She goes above and beyond my expectations and does an amazing job explaining anything I don’t understand. I would highly recommend having Wendy at Liberty Tax help you with your taxes. You will not be disappointed and she definitely helps make the stressful tax filling process a lot easier.

My experience was beyond love. She was so nice. I love how she just made u feel like family. I went to the location in Washington last year and everyone was nice but not as nice as Mrs Wendy. She was a pleasure to work with. And I will definitely be back to see her next year. Five stars hand down

Wendy Jones is amazing! She's always happy to help and very informative. She reviews all the information at least twice to make sure she has it right in the system. In all I love having her do our taxes and will be using her again this tax season as well. Totally recommend setting up an appointment with her you will not be disappointed.
