Everytime I place a order multiple time per year they say they will call me when my order comes in and then Days after the est lead time I call and ask the status of my PO and they are like yeah it's been here... they need better inside sales guys

I drove 45 minutes thinking they were open do to the hours posted and I got here at 2:30 on a Saturday and they were closed when they say they’re open till 12 am. They need to fix that!

I dont usually write a review for a buisness, the reason being, is that none of them ever made me feel like i got more than i paid for.David K. Was the associate that i spoke to. He took his time and explained thoroughly every step of what i was supposed to do. Every question i had he answered, and when i asked a question he didnt know the answer to he asked me to hold while he found the answer. He went above and beyond what normal buisness' do. For that, i give my rating for this young man. He spoke with common decency, was very polite, and always held me in high regards when being spoken to.Thank you david for all the help and i look forward to doing buisness with you again.
