Throw the entire staff away! Every time I come into this store nobody speaks or even ask if I need help! I walk out every time. I used to work at Jimmy Jazz and our manager always stressed customer service. It's none at this store! Hire new people.

A middle aged lady I’m not sure if she was the manager or not was asked to assist me and she hollered out “I don’t see nobody” and was just rude the whole entire transaction and even turned her back on me. The worst customer service ever!

BEWARE JIMMY JAZZ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE STORES! I took my daughter shopping for school clothes at the Greenville, NC location and she bought a coat while there. When checking out, the employee said we had 14 days to return the item if we weren't satisfied.When we got home, my daughter tried on the jacket again and decided it was too big and she really didn't want it. She's 14 and used her own money to purchase this item for $80.I called the New Bern location, because that is where we are from, to see if we could return the jacket at their location. The female employee that answered the phone said we could bring it there, but only for exchange or store credit. They apparently don't allow you to return items and get your money back. We were in the store on August 19th and today is the 22nd...so only 3 days later, she paid cash, and now she can't get her $80 back to use on additional school clothes and supplies she needs.This is a poor return policy! What company doesn't allow you to return an item for cash back within 3 days of your purchase with the receipt and tags still on the jacket? We have no choice it appears but to return the jacket and hope she can find items in her size for exchange. She is very small, so that is impossible.I am really disappointed in the Jimmy Jazz franchise and after we get our $80 credit for this mistake, neither I nor she will purchase another thing from any of their locations. AND I plan to let everyone I see in the store know of their business practices and strongly advise them to shop elsewhere. This will also be reported to the NC Better Business Bureau so that others can be made aware of how this company operates before they commit themselves to a purchase they may regret.To Jimmy Jazz President, CEO, and other executive officers---change your policy. At the least, offer standard customer service because you will never achieve even good customer service ratings with your current practices.Consumers, BEWARE JIMMY JAZZ. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE STORES!
