I highly recommend staying clear from doing business with this agency. I paid for an application 3 weeks ago. I have been checking on the status and all he responds with is I am busy. He does not take the initiative and call, and has not responded to my texts on any updates on my application.

Not pleased with Jesse Allen puts it mildly. He has dropped the ball. Moving back home to NC. He has my wife stressed out with the very poor condition of the property. I would not use him!!!!!!!!

This is the most unprofessional realtor I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. I've had to chase him down for information and answers. He's the only realtor I've encountered whose tried to do all business through text. When I tried to set an appointment to meet him face to face he asked why. When my family got approved for the place we were trying to rent he sent an email and didn't call or text to let us know we were approved or that he had sent an email. I hope moving forward that he improves his business techniques when communicating with clients.
