I finally kept a piece for myself! This is the best place to buy gifts, they will always be unique and beautiful. The craftsmanship is outstanding. All the staff are very knowledgeable. When making custom pieces they are very sure to get all the details. Repairs have clear expectations and are great quality. Ive never been unhappy. You will get so many compliments. It's also nice that there are items ranging from just a few dollars all the way up, sky is the limit. Prices are always good.

Friendly staff. Helpful and showed me any piece I requested. Answered questions and cleaned pieces if needed. Told me how to clean and said I can take to them to be cleaned anytime as well. Jewelry itself is nice. Not ment to be worn 24/7.

I absolutely love the jewelry and options!! I went to the sale this week as my first “in store” experience and it was awful. The girls didn’t want to help us. One lady walked around not asking to help. Only one person that could do the register and the lady still walked around. She didnt offer to help package anything or help anyone. During a sale this big, I would think they would be more available. The young girls didnt speak that did help us and werent generally nice or helpful. Really bummed with the experience

I absolutely love shopping at Jenni K, I have bought several pieces of jewelry over the last 20+ years and they hold up very well. I wish the prices were as low as they were 20 years ago. I understand everything cost more now though. Still my favorite place to shop for jewelry.

I've shopped at this store for years. Love the jewelry. However I had to have a ring resized. It took nearly a month. I was told that they were behind on web orders. I was a local, walk in customer that previously paid for my merchandise and resizing. Not claiming to be special, but I should have been placed as a priority. Not good customer service at all.
