“My daughter and I went inside Verizon today very frustrated about our new service. Phones we purchased online were not working correctly and we had spent a week going between stores and speaking online and over the phone with Verizon. Tameka met us with a smile and treated us like family. She worked tirelessly with us as we spoke to 4 different people over the phone. After more than two hours the issues were finally resolved and we felt like we had made a friend.
