It worked great at first but service has been shoddy for the past few months, the Internet keeps buffering or going in and out. Constantly says check internet connection. I thought service was suppose to get better with price increases.”

Phones we purchased online were not working correctly and we had spent a week going between stores and speaking online and over the phone with Verizon. Tameka met us with a smile and treated us like family. She worked tirelessly with us as we spoke to 4 different people over the phone. After more than two hours the issues were finally resolved and we felt like we had made a friend. The customer service Tameka gave us is rare these days, but the Verizon store on Red Banks gave me some hope today!”
“Went in to upgrade my phone and was assisted by Jon. He was extremely helpful in helping me find one suited for me as well as the needed accessories. I’m very grateful of how patient he was since my previous phone kept restarting constantly during the process but was able to get everything transferred over to my new one.
