I would like to highly recommend Import Services and its owner, Waylon. I had an exceptional experience with them, from the staff to Waylon himself.
I brought my 2015 Land Rover to them after a previous mechanic failed to fix the engine. Import Services had to go above and beyond to get my car running again due to the poor service provided by the previous mechanic. Waylon fixed all the things that were done incorrectly.
Waylon went far beyond what you would expect from an owner to help me out in a very frustrating and expensive situation. I would be more than happy to provide any information and speak to anyone wanting to know more about the exceptional service provided by Import Services and Waylon.

I took my Volvo here to have a couple things fixed with it and import services did a fantastic job all around! They were very friendly, professional, and kept in touch with me to keep me updated through the whole thing. I highly recommend bringing your car here!

I went for diagnostic and the manager just made me not want to have anything to do with that place. He was not nice and frankly very dismissive. It was like that from the beginning to end. That old man had serious problem. I wish he had just said what the problem was but he knew better than that.... the owner(Wayland) on the other hand was very caring and respectful. He pretty much was professional in every way and honest. I recommend talking to him mostly about anything you need to know about your vehicle.
