I worked with Home Builders Supply as a professional home builder. We worked with Brad who was an absolutely fantastic sales rep on their team. One of the nicest individuals I have ever met and does a fantastic job at getting us the materials timely and without any issues. I will also say that Suzanne, their credit manager, is also a joy to work with and another wonderful part of their team.

Great experience, guys at the order desk are knowledgeable and always helpful. When picking up material, the guys in the yard always attentive, quick and very careful when loading material.

I placed a call to this establishment after getting a referral from a long time Greenville resident. Well, I never got an opportunity to describe what services I needed done in my home. The young lady Shelia, I believe, that answered the phone was very short, impersonal, and unprofessional. There is no way I would spend MY MONEY with such an establishment. Hopefully, the owner takes time to read tge the reviews and does something with her, or they will lose out on lots of money.

Extremely rude! I called and the receptionist had the worst attitude, she continuously hung up and spoke to me like s**** I tried to ask for a manager because I cannot believe that someone else would be ok with her running off business like that and she was terrible and wouldn't even transfer me. A grown woman acted like a child because she was probably having a bad day or something but you don't treat customers like that or belittle people trying to make a purchase from you! Very disgusted and would recommend anyone else.

STOP WRITING ON MY LUMBER!!!!! Not all lumber is covered up. Have called multiple times about this and talked with some yankee man who was very short and had ZERO costumer service. Will not be ordering any more lumber from here.
