I had a prescription sent here over a week ago (on Friday, June 23) after being told they could have it ready the following Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Tuesday, July 4th (11 days later). Multiple phone calls later, I have still been unable to speak to anyone. After being unable to get in touch with them, my husband drove 45 minutes to see if it was ready on the day we were told it would be. That was last Wednesday the 28th, close to 6:00pm, and he was told it wasn't ready and that they were behind.I have called multiple times and left so many messages, but haven't received a call back. I can't even get an answer so I can transfer the medicine. I've tried pushing other options on the phone, besides the compounding one as well. Someone will answer, then transfer, but the compounding lab will not answer or call back. This is a medication that is extremely needed or my child's hair will fall back out and we'll lose all progress we've made. (alopecia)I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication.I used this pharmacy before with no problems. Not sure what's going on now, but I suggest you find somewhere else to go.

I needed a bedside commode. Miss Megan in the equipment department was crucial. She was so kind, putting the commode together for me, all the while chatting happily. I love her! We need more people like her every day. Keep up the good work, and THANK YOU♥️

They always fill our compound prescription in a timely manner and as far as I know they are the only pharmacy in Greenville that does compounding and accepts insurance.

I don't know what I would have done without the compassionate, caring staff at Healthwise Pharmacy!!! They helped me through the whole process of navigating my infusion setup; from prescription with the doctor, payments with insurance, & even went to bat for me when there were issues to help me solve the issues!!! THEY WENT "WAY" ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations & I am TRULY THANKFUL & BLESSED TO HAVE THE WONDERFUL STAFF AT HEALTHWISE PHARMACY ON MY TEAM!!! ?SPECIAL ? to my AMANDA BOWERS & COREY? ...THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK!! I'm not sure if it's COVID or not but you would think that because this is a smaller chain pharmacy ( compared to Walmart) that you would get better service. Calling is Useless because their open but they don't pick upthe phone retail or compound! The best way is KNOWING your prescription # and using the automated line. And with all that it still may not get filled! And always check your labels and pills it don't always match. ?
