I had a prescription and was told that would be ready the day after. When i stopped by to pick up my medicine, I was told the medication was not ready and not given any timeline to receive. Really really unprofessional! Not recommend this pharmacy ever!

I have called several times. No one answer the phone. Left several voicemails no one has contacted me. I have been in there before and it really not a busy place. I wanted to know if doctors had faxed prescription. Very poor on getting in contact with someone.

Been receiving supplies from Healthwise for three years and think it’s time to find another supplier. Employees will not answer the phone and don’t return calls when messages are left. In order to talk with someone I usually have to stop by the store when I’m in Greenville. They’re usually late or years sending information to the insurance company. This past Feb 2024 we’re receiving statements from two years ago, was told that Health Wise had not submitted information to the insurance company for payment, then we ended up receiving a bill from Healthwise for over $300 . This past Oct. 2023 paid a bill per statement for over $100 on 10/17/23 cleared acct on 10/18/23, in November 2023, I received a call from the main ofc concerning late payment, gave payment information to Rep. later found out that the Greenville location had not submitted payment in. Also have received wrong supplies several times in the past. Just poor customer service, understand something happening once or twice… but Geez they never try to rectify. The employees there can be nice at times and other times they can be rude and very upsetting, need to take in consideration of the age bracket that they mostly deal with.

Legit. Not sure who hired the entry level ppl but they have no idea what they are talking about. They call multiple times and then put you on hold … 5 mins later say your “ drugs” are unavailable

I had a prescription sent here over a week ago (on Friday, June 23) after being told they could have it ready the following Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Tuesday, July 4th (11 days later). Multiple phone calls later, I have still been unable to speak to anyone. After being unable to get in touch with them, my husband drove 45 minutes to see if it was ready on the day we were told it would be. That was last Wednesday the 28th, close to 6:00pm, and he was told it wasn't ready and that they were behind.I have called multiple times and left so many messages, but haven't received a call back. I can't even get an answer so I can transfer the medicine. I've tried pushing other options on the phone, besides the compounding one as well. Someone will answer, then transfer, but the compounding lab will not answer or call back. This is a medication that is extremely needed or my child's hair will fall back out and we'll lose all progress we've made. (alopecia)I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication.I used this pharmacy before with no problems. Not sure what's going on now, but I suggest you find somewhere else to go.
